Eternity Case Limited Lifetime Warranty
Eternity ProTech Solutions LLC (“Eternity Case”) warrants that each Eternity Case product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the original purchaser.
Coverage:
- Case body, latches, handles, hinges, pressure valve, and hardware.
- IP67 water- and dust-proof performance, when used as intended.
- Repair or replacement of defective components at Eternity Case’s discretion.
- Applies only to the original purchaser. Non-transferable.
Exclusions:
This warranty does not cover:
- Foam inserts (consumable and subject to wear).
- Normal cosmetic wear (scratches, scuffs, color fading).
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, alteration, or unauthorized repair.
- Damage resulting from exposure to extreme heat, fire, chemicals, or improper storage.
- Damage to firearms, optics, or other contents inside the case.
Limitations:
Eternity Case’s liability under this warranty is limited solely to repair or replacement of the case. Eternity Case is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss or damage of items stored or transported in the case.

For warranty service, contact Eternity Case Customer Service at sales@eternitycase.com. Proof of purchase is required. Cases must be returned shipping prepaid for evaluation.
