Shipping & Returns Policy

At Eternity ProTech Solutions LLC (“Eternity Case”), we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. The following policies apply to all orders placed directly through eternitycase.com.

Shipping Policy

Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1 business day of receipt (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped, including tracking information.

Shipping Methods & Rates

  • Eternity Case currently offers free ground shipping on all orders within the continental United States.
  • Expedited and international shipping options are not available at this time.

Delivery Times

  • Standard ground delivery typically takes 1-6 business days depending on location.
  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Eternity Case is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other external factors.

Return Policy

Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted for products purchased directly from eternitycase.com within 30 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories and inserts.
  • We cannot accept returns for products purchased from other retailers, dealers, or third-party sellers. Please contact the original seller for assistance with those purchases.

Restocking Fee

  • A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all non-defective returns.
  • The restocking fee will be deducted from your refund once the returned product has been inspected.
  • Restocking fees do not apply to defective products covered under warranty.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Eternity Case Customer Service at sales@eternitycase.com with your order number.
  2. You will receive return instructions and, if applicable, a return authorization number.
  3. Use a trackable shipping method to return the product. Eternity Case will cover return shipping costs for orders placed on eternitycase.com.

Refunds

  • Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 3 business days of receipt and inspection.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable (note: shipping is currently free).

Exchanges

  • If you would like to exchange an item purchased from eternitycase.com, please contact Customer Service for assistance.

Warranty Claims

If your case is defective due to a manufacturing issue, it may qualify for replacement under our Limited Lifetime Warranty. Please visit our Warranty page or contact Customer Service for instructions.
